Communicating
with Members of Our School
Our school
greatly appreciates and values the active involvement of the
parental community within our classes. We are keen to encourage
an open and friendly environment whereby family and friends feel
welcome and comfortable within our school surroundings. Parents
are encouraged to share positive experiences with the school
staff.
Parents who
wish to discuss their child’s progress or have concerns they
wish to share are asked to follow the below procedure.
1.
Please contact the class teacher to make an appointment
regarding your child. If it is a minor issue, the teacher will
make a time that is convenient to speak with you.
2.
Please contact the Administration to make an appointment if the
issue is of a more serious nature.
3.
An appointment will be made with the Deputies or Principal to
discuss your concerns and have appropriate procedures in place.
4.
Follow up feedback will be made with all parties concerned as
required.

Please Note:
It is imperative that teachers are not interrupted
whilst they are teaching or preparing for the day’s
work. This time is of great importance to develop
effective lessons and materials to develop your
child’s academic and social development. Thank you
